I got on the scale yesterday a.m. and shock...weight is up to 145. I'm only 5'2". "It" visibly spills over the top of my pants when I put them on. It's just wrong. It's a new month and I will stick to my exercise & meal plan [eat less & not sit around so much]. Hope to post positive results the end of the month.

In Sept. 2016 a new grandchild will arrive. Looking forward to meeting this new little person.

I hope you all are doing well. One-day-at-a-time is my motto.

    I can relate, since Christmas I've been avoiding the scale. I'm frankly afraid of what it will tell me! I'm going to get with my program and weigh in a month.
    You can do it! And congrats on a new grandchild! So exciting!
