At goal 1 week early

I set myself smaller weight loss goals, and I met my latest goal a week early !!! emoticon

I'm still feeling good about the changes I am making. Cooked pork chops this weekend. I am a former vegetarian, and when I went back to eating meat, I only added back chicken, turkey and fish/seafood. I never liked pork but I'm working on adding it back because we get tired of eating the same things. It was okay, I cooked it a little too long, so I'll have to watch that next time.

My bike ride suffered a set back this weekend. Alexander was riding his scooter with me and fell. But, he did ride his bike some by himself! He still needs practice starting, but I'm happy with how he is doing. I've been running along side him helping out, so even though I didn't get my full ride in, I did get a lot of exercise.

My goal this week is to continue to add fruits and vegetables to meals.
