Same old same old...

Well poop. I am terrible on follow through. I only managed to workout 2 days last week for a total of 40 minutes. Bonus? I worked out 2 days last week! Woot! This weeks goal, workout at least 3 days and bump up to 15 minutes of cardio instead of 10. It's not much, but it's something. My weight is creeping up so I need to get a handle on this and FAST. It will help if I get in here and blog daily.

I'm about to have (I think) one of the best summers of my life, if all goes according to plan. I want to be in shape so I can handle the camping and the hiking and the hopefully very active lifestyle.
