End of a month... Planning for the next.

As February draws to a close I am looking back at my progress or I should say lack of and am not feeling good about it at all. So as we are heading into March I am going to set a goal or two or three and promise to stick to them.
1. Using my water intake. H2O is good for everything.
2. Take my measurements. Thank you Himelissa for the push on that one. Is it Lissa?
3. Move this body for 10 minutes a day most days of the week.
I hope you all had a great February and have continued progress on your journeys into the month of March. Spring is right around the corner & I for one want to enjoy it in a healthy way.
