My weekend went better than I thought it would. The YMCA that I have membership at is about 45 minutes away in the town I drive school bus for. I don't go on weekends or on days off. There is a YMCA only 4 blocks from me, but can't afford 2 memberships at this time. So when my boyfriend isn't home watching the TV, I use my Wii Fit for 30 minutes in the morning. I like doing the yoga, balance, free step exercises. Before starting this, I was probably eating way over 2000 calories a day and not very active at all. Now I walk 15-30 minutes almost everyday, spin 1 or 2 times per week, water aerobics 1 or 2 times per week, and do strength training 3-5 times per week. Even when I go over my recommended calorie range, I'm doing good since I'm not eating near as much as I was, and eating healthier. Staying active has given me more energy. I don't feel tired throughout the day like I had before. Tomorrow is spin class again. Only 30 minutes, but after about 15-20 minutes I'm pooped, lol. I keep going though. Tuesday I won't be going to workout. I'll drive my morning route, then I'll be heading to a funeral. My boyfriend's aunt passed away last week, and I'm going with him to the funeral. Wednesday I also won't make it to workout. Again will do my morning route. I am in direct sales and have a party to do later that day. Will be back on track again with my workouts Thursday. This next weekend my boyfriend has drill again with the Army Reserves, so I'll have plenty of time to go walking or workout on my Wii Fit. Going to be another busy week for me :-)

    I also work out at a local YMCA. Have you checked in at the closer Y to see if you can use your membership there? The Y near my mother-in-law is 45 min from here and as long as we sign papers there, we can use that one at no charge
