    I eat 2-3 serving of veggies at breakfast (most days) to get me on the right foot. I also use fruit as my dessert. Apples, grapes, cantaloupe, and pineapples are my four favorite.

    I get my fruits in, but struggle with getting my veggies for the day. Something I continue to work on.

    LOVE my fruits and veggies, but do have to keep tabs on them with m diabetes. I especially love berries.
