Wish my toe nails looked that lovely!
It's a little more complicated than that picture--I stick cotton between my toes because otherwise my toes chafe. I don't do that double loop thing, all though that was it originally.
I haven't worked out really hard since last week, and I worked out lightly on Sunday and Tuesday when the pain in my foot was too much. It didn't heal properly in 2011 because I waited too long to go to the doctor about it (on the advice of my neighbor). Possibly it just wouldn't have healed properly anyways--I think I was told that by both the doctors and nurses then, it was a gone case anyways. Last night, I resorted to doing what I did before--buddy taping my toe to the toe it cants away from, because I ripped the ligament holding it over to one side and that doesn't come back (along with the loose broken bone in my foot). I can't find this special skin-colored tape or double stick tape in stores! I am going to ask my Doc if she can give me some again. I have to figure out how I can get my foot in my shoe wearing this stuff when I go to the store today. I blew my calories yesterday, but my calorie intake for the week balances out because I under ate one day. Still losing weight. I just didn't have enough to eat in the house until I went shopping and I didn't get much because the pain in my foot was too much to stand for a long time in the store. I am gong to the store for much longer today and am going to re-buddy wrap my toe and get it in a shoe before I go.
I want to work out, I can eat more calories and still stay within my calorie goal for that day. PLUS--I literally get hungrier when I don't work out! Also, haven't been checking the blogs of my friends here, I need to do that!
