So, skipped a few weeks checking into my blog but have been mindful of my goals! I have done well with my steps, even on my week off. My water intake has been getting better. I am up to a definite 3 every day so now I am working on upping to 4 every day. I have been doing well with fruits and veggies as well. In March, I am going to begin logging my food again. Portion control is probably my biggest downfall!
