So, skipped a few weeks checking into my blog but have been mindful of my goals! I have done well with my steps, even on my week off. My water intake has been getting better. I am up to a definite 3 every day so now I am working on upping to 4 every day. I have been doing well with fruits and veggies as well. In March, I am going to begin logging my food again. Portion control is probably my biggest downfall!

    I'm like you, on again, off again...BUT the overall trend is slightly downward through the months.

    We didn't pack it all on in a month, can't (shouldn't) expect to take it off that fast either.

    Wise advice given to me: "You don't have to blog every day." I don't now, except when I feel like it. BUT there is always a good old paper notebook too. Surprising how much that really helps.

    Good for you!! I find logging my food makes all the difference! I still eat too much, but I am more aware and don't like seeing all those extra calories on my tracker! Keep up the great work!

    I'm with you there on the portion control!! I like how you plan out your goals so that you can reach them while at the same time their challenging enough to make you work at reaching them!
