Day 4 straight working out at Planet Fitness. Can't record that on exercise. Triceps 40. Lateral pull down machine 80. Calf machine 110. Rower 30. That's 3 sets of 10 on all. Abdominal 30. Leg press 105. Bike 48 minutes. At times faster like spinning. Not bad for a 54 year old. This seems to tone and reduce my body fat better than just cutting down alone
