Those are great distractions! What about understanding what's triggering the binge? If you track your food, maybe you can see what it is you are eating / not eating that is causing the cravings. Or maybe the binge comes on at the same time every day out of habit. Anyway, just thought I'd throw that option out there. I'm a novice when it comes to trouble shooting my own eating behaviors. I really like the listening to music and going for a walk I tend to want to eat when I watch TV I try not to watch too much TV because I become bored and want to eat but that's just me 1794 days ago
