Today is my youngest child's birthday. He is 15 years old now. In 4 months, my 4th child will be 17. They're growing up too quickly. I did a little extra strength training today before my water aerobics class. Pushed myself a little more with a few more pounds. Tomorrow I have no classes, so will get more walking and strength training done. I have 2.5 hours I can workout tomorrow before I do my noon bus route. So I should be able to get a very good workout. I work this weekend with my home healthcare job. I'll get some Wii Fit exercises in before work Saturday and Sunday. Will try to remember to get my weight tracked first thing Monday morning. Yesterday and today went over my calories, but is still less than what I had been eating before I started Sparkpeople. Been trying to use up what's in the fridge before replacing everything with healthier choices. It's going slow, but I am getting more in there that is healthy...fresh veggies, almond milk, Greek yogurt, etc. I'll get there soon.
