They should have a "I Ate Way Too Much" category

I don't even know where to begin on tracking my food intake today. So many calories!! And exercise... mark that as a "I was a sunbathing walrus today." Good thing this week is just for tracking. It's also a fantastic way to see why I've gained weight.

    I know how you feel! I say " I ate way too much" nearly everyday. But keep pushing forward. It's a pleasant surprise when you reach your goals without thinking about it!
