Been a long very active day...walked 15 minutes, did an hour of strength training, and an hour of water aerobics. Did 35 minutes of Wii Fit activities when I got home from work. Tomorrow I have an extra bus driving run to do at noon. I will be doing 15 minutes of walking plus my half hour spin class. After work my boyfriend and I will go to boy scout meeting IF it don't get cancelled due to lots of snow. If it's cancelled, I'm going to try to get some more Wii Fit activities done. Oh! Today, I finally didn't struggle getting my 8 glasses of water! I ended up drinking a total of 10 glasses...yay!!!
