    That's great! I try to eat a fruit (banana) for breakfast & another fruit for snacks. Vegetables with lunch & dinner should help you reach your goals.

    It's hard to take in all of the fruits and vegtables your body needs each day. I do what I can but also take juice plus+ in order to ensure I get all of the nutrients I need.
