Low calorie PR Rice

2 cups of brown rice (instant)
1 PK of sazon
1 TB of fresh garlic
1 can black beans
1/2 diced onion
1/2 c diced turkey sausage
2 TB of sofrito
1 1/2 c water
Put all ingredients to boil once boiling add rice and stir return to boil cover and lower heat 5 min. Than take off heat and fork fluff cover and let stand for another 5 min and ready to eat less calories less fat and u wouldn't even know it was made with brown rice.. Hope you like it...
