Focused on my goal

It feels like I started this journey years ago. It feels so natural and great that it takes little effort to actually eat right, drink water and get to the gym. I've cut goodies out completely. I know I can have some once in awhile but for now it's a NO.
As for the gym well, treadmill is my friend and I have a few machines and exercises I enjoy doing. This week I will increase the weight on those machines and see how I do. 3 days a week is still the goal. Focused on the goal. 165 here I COME!!!
