New phone/ updated app finally

I have been reliant on using my cell phones for using spark. The android system downloaded on them were out dated and I couldn't use the updated spark app, or even log on website properly. I was also unable to write blogs, and track properly. For the last few months I decided to use a notebook until I saved up for a new phone. :) Annnndd here I am. The notebook was good to me though. I have hands on proof to show my family how decicated I was. The last week I had an emotional blow when someone tried devastating me, and I actually took a week off, and It felt like crap. Its a nice reminder of why I still do this. I still have some life changing events going on but why torture myself when it will just make myself worsen? I downloaded the sp app last night and I woke up to a breakfast reminder notification, and was saying to myself this is great. So here is to testing out and getting used to tracking on here again. I hope everyone keeps their small daily goals reachable and have a good day.
