Here is another one I like....and have known about for a long time.

I remember hearing/reading somewhere that you can even just put a pencil in your mouth (ends sticking out either side...not pointing into your mouth) and it will put your mouth in the grin position, stimulating the muscles etc. as above! Easy way to try to lighten your mood.
