I saw this in the chat today and thought to myself that this is exactly what I need. I have had so much negativity around me the last few months at work that my cynicism has gotten horrible. So here goes my first day.....
I'm looking @ the positive things I accomplished today & have in my life. I'm trying to stop focusing on what I didn't do or could've done better or the negativity directed toward me. POSITIVE POINTS CHECK....Name 5 Good Things About Today!

Today's top 5 Good Things
1. Only had about 30 minutes of work for school to do this weekend and got it done early this morning.
2. It was too foggy for a bike rIde but the Lord has provided me with a gym membership, so I spent 2 hours at the gym.
3. Finally had time to wash my car
4. Had a wonderful date night with hubby...dinner and a movie (The Risen). It was really good
5. God has surely blessed me with a great family

    Some days arw always harder than others. Had a bad day yesterday and it got worse. But even though it was and i probably havent lost any more weight im trying, im logging in the food i eat. Its a step in the right direction. I try to remember that.
