80 Day Challenge

Day 08/80 Weigh in- lose anything? What's your plan for this week? Lost .4 pounds (frustrating) instead of the 1 that I was hoping for. My plan for this week is to hopefully do some groceries and to walk at least 30 minutes a day with my puppy. Praying to lose a pound this week 👌🏼

    I had a 6lb lost since I bought my scales. But 2 lbs since I started spark. Keep it up every ounce counts
