My Experiment Worked!

Changing up my caloric intake during Shark Week helped my weight loss efforts! I'm 0.6 lbs away from where I was 1 year ago at this time. I lowered my intake just a bit during my period because I was holding onto weight the week before and that week. I had barely lost even half a pound those 2 weeks.
Today I stepped on the scale after my shower and was down from 199.2 to 199. It was a small victory, but I accepted it because it was a move in the right direction. Two hours later, I stepped on the scale at my weekly weigh in for my weight loss program and I was down to 197.6! That's another 1.4 lbs for a total of 1.6 lbs from last week to this week! I'll take it after my disappointments the last 2 weeks! Yay!!
