Sleep, Glorious Sleep

I really need to work on getting more sleep, or even some more rest would be nice.

I have a few things going against me -
1. I have chronic pain and I get worse if I am in the same position for any length of time,
2. I have two dogs... 'nuf said,
3. I am a college student... ditto,
4. I am a night owl who has to get up at 6:30,
5. I have sleep apnea and sinus problems,
6. and I am sure there are other obstacles interfering with me getting a good night's sleep... but I am too tired to think of them.

    You have a lot of things going against you on getting a good night's sleep. I, too, have other things that keep me up late. I compensate (retired so don't work) by sleeping later in the morning but then I have other things that take my time. I've got to get a balance.
    Good luck to you. I know you'll feel better with more rest and you can accomplish this. Stay focused on your goals and think positive.
