Working my way back....slowly

Not sure what happened in the last year (actually the past few years) that put me on this downward spiral. I can think of a few possible things but right now they don't seem that important. Maybe trying to jump in with two feet was too much pressure for me. This time I'm dipping my toe in the water and taking my time because THIS time I want not only to make it work, this healthy lifestyle choice, but I want it to last. I don't want to be a yo yo-er. I want to be a ball...bouncing back...again, and again...and again if needed! (and this makes sense to who? probably only me.... lolol).

I've been reading some blogs, commenting on some, but finding inspiration from all. I've missed my Spark family.... a great group of people who have always inspired me, given me words of encouragement, celebrated my positive experiences and brought me up when I was at my lowest. I am, and will be, forever grateful.

Now to begin a new chapter in my life. And I want it to be the healthiest chapter ever! It's time.
