I forgot to weigh in Monday, so going to wait til next Monday. Hopefully it will be nice to me, lol. Been doing walking (15-30 minutes), water aerobics, spinning, and strength training fairly regularly. Most days stay within my calorie range. I think next week, instead of just walking, I'm going to use the treadmill with a 5% incline. Every week or two, going to try adding a new workout, just to switch things up, so I don't get tired or bored of a routine. Starting next week, I'm also going to try to add a new food I've never tried each week. I need more variety :-)
