Feeling good today after my weigh in this morning. Down 2lbs in 7 days of tracking on spark people. Guess how I got my exercise minutes in today? Shoveling 3 times!!! and the snow is not over. My tracking went well today. I am feeling optimistic about changing my life by making healthy choices one day at a time.
Hope you all are having a good day too, and if not - every day can't be perfect...just keep doing the do things and good days will come...
