Hi there friends. I am still out here in the world believe it or not. I have to admit, it has been a bumpy ride, but I have survived it and am ready to do something good for myself...namely...get back on Spark. I have not let go of my Spark friends or what I have learned here. Not in my heart. It has just been a bit much LIFE lately and I fully admit to shutting down. I think it is time to open back up though so I pledge to start slowly. I cannot lay it all out in one blog so I will try bit by bit to get back in the swing of things and share as I go.
I am starting my renewal with the Chinese New Year, which is happening now, as this is where I am. China. Hong Kong to be exact. I have been living here with my little family since the last week of July, 2015. But more on that later...
I am recomitting to work on my health by starting with: reducing my sugar intake and increasing my whole fruits and vegetable intake. (I know fruit has lots of sugar. We can quibble about that later. Or not.) Also water. I am in the process of rehydration. Just getting by, and being truly confused by life has left me somewhat porly nourished. And a bit dried out.
So, back I am, to have another go at this...although, I have to admit, my commitment to Spark, never being far from my mind, allowed me to come through it all better than had I never been here at all ...and I am so grateful to have you in my corner, despite my living in what amounts to a turtle shell all of these months. Thank you!
