February Week 3...

February break this work. This means I am going to have to pay special attention to my pedometer, water, and fruits and veggies.
I am going to reply to this blog every day this week so that my goals stay in the forefront of my mind.
I am going to make 4500 steps my goal for today and, at minimum, 100 more each day.
I am staying at 3 for fruits and veggies and 4 for water.
