I am trying to toss a bunch of magazines that have been sitting here for nearly a year...saved for reasons I can't recall. Was about to dump the April 2015 Good Housekeeping issue when i FOUND why I saved it! Starting on page 113 there are ideas we can use to "energize your attitude" and so I am going to share them!
