Congrats on losing the 19 lbs! Sweets and going out to eat is hard for me to resist also...I'm hoping since I gave up sugar for lent, I won't want it anymore by the time it's over. Maybe you could cut them out completely and replace sugar with fruit? 1844 days ago
Research the menu first that way you know what to order before you get there. Most restaurants have healthy selections on menu, as for the sweets there are a heat many recipes for desserts that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Good luck :) 1844 days ago
