What can I do to make my life better starting today?

I'm going to work on cutting down on sweets and going to restaurants even though I've lost 19lbs since November I still struggle with sweets and restaurant food!

    19 Lbs is already a great result. Do not forget that "Sweet" is basically in our mind, only.

    You can replace it by so many things... As for the restaurant, it does not necessary mens "Junk food".

    It's okay to tell them how you want your food cooked and pray that they do it.. As far as sweets just pick healthy ones.. You got it look 19 down how much do you want to loss?

    Congrats on losing the 19 lbs! Sweets and going out to eat is hard for me to resist also...I'm hoping since I gave up sugar for lent, I won't want it anymore by the time it's over. Maybe you could cut them out completely and replace sugar with fruit?

    Research the menu first that way you know what to order before you get there. Most restaurants have healthy selections on menu, as for the sweets there are a heat many recipes for desserts that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Good luck :)
