For the 1 st time ever I have hated summer. Been a very hot summer down under and it's predicted to be a while yet. Feb is usually our hottest month (like the norths august) & with hot flushes every hour. ..cruel just cruel!
I saw a natropath a few weeks ago. She said get away from sugar. ..eat fat. Sounded good to me. The hot flushes have reduced in intensity but still most hours.
With the eating of higher fats I was wondering how that would affect my body size. I haven't weighed myself for over 1 year now. Had some counseling around body image, so haven't been on spark, counting calories/exercise etc.
So initially, I thought I lost a bit of weight, then this week I thought there hasn't been anything noticably for a while. I go by clothing now, what feels comfortable.
So I've downloaded this app,which is wonderful & have been watching how much I've been eating. To my surprise, most of the time I'm running too low. ..yet my clothing is still just as tight, stink! !!
Is this another menopause thing?
