Im a loser

It always help to see it visually. I am still a loser. I realized since that last post I did regain weight. I have started losing again. From my highest weight I am down 21 lbs.
It's working. Here is what I'm doing. I am eating mostly vegetables and lean meat. I take multivitamins. I cut out wheat and going low carbs. I drink water every day 64 oz. I do 60 min of workouts 5 of 7 days. I have one free day and the other I get in at least 30 minutes.
Praying that weight loss comes your way. I have to give God the Glory because He led me to the way of eating and excerise that worked for me. To God be the Glory.
