I am actually not brand new, I joined years ago, but decided to give it a try again. I just need to lose 13 pounds, but that has been so hard. I am 67 and want to stay in shape and keep healthy. My first week has been a little negative. I have been suffering from a bad cold and not eating and exercising like I should be. So my goal is no more negativity!
This is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it!
