Turning pages - week 2

Interesting - I'm only in week 2 and I'm beginning to think about things different - more on a subconscious level maybe?
1) After the gym last week I couldn't wait to get to McDonalds and shove food into my mouth - I was so hungry after the workout I could of eaten an elephant!
2) Went to the gym Monday and again today - neither time did I feel that urgency to stuff myself
3) I'm feeling more energetic - not so lethargic now - even tho my home routines haven't changed I can feel something is different (and I'm hoping this will translate into my organizational and cleaning skills with my housework lol). My sleep hasn't changed - before or now I still can fall asleep quickly and I'm not up til all hours.
4) NO MORE JELLY LEGS!!!
5) Just came back from the grocery with apples - really? The last time I did that was like - um.......well so long ago I don't even remember.
Even tho I'm probably not progressing as some may think I should on length of time on the bike or the amount of calories I've burned or even the distance I've walked - it's all an accomplishment. And as our Scout Leader says to our boys who are looking at all the rank advancements in horror - "How do you eat and elephant??? One bite at a time"

And here's my bike ride for today (Wednesday) oh and this is NOT MY HEART RATE lol as I didn't really track it - that number just appeared and I think if it WERE my heart rate they'd be calling the EMTs on me - lol
