Do you love Subway?

I just discovered the nutrition information on the Subway Restaurant web site. It has a "build your own" button. You can click on your bread, meat, and all the other toppings. As you make your choices the nutrition values change so you can see what you are getting. I also added these values to my food tracker for easier logging next time. I plan to have Subway today so I found that if I leave off the cheese and choose avocado instead of honey mustard, I'll have a much healthier sandwich.

I thought I'd share with you so you can use the site. Planning your meals ahead helps with your healthy living.
