Yesterday was my manager's birthday. And I had a cupcake. Then ran errands after work and was so hungry I caved and had a McDouble. But. I still managed to stay more than 500 calories below my allotted calorie intake for the day. And got in a good 60-minute workout at 430 before it all began. So you tell me - cheat or treat? I say TREAT!!
