Going off the rails on a Crazy Train

Tuesday, February 09, 2016

... Thank you Ozzy. Those 10 pounds I gained overnight. I lost them overnight too. It wasn't a scale malfunction because it happened to no one else in my home. We even moved it to several different spots. And it isn't digital; it's a brand new old school-type dial scale. My calfs cramped like heck last night & most of today. My back is calling me dirty names... And I'm slightly loving it. Haha! So I'm taking it easy. Just like the doctor ordered... Meaning you guys. And tonight we are eating leftover shark or leftover turkey. Both go great with salad greens! Oh yummy. Well, my Shmoo is here to play so he's getting my attention. Big love & hugs to you all. Stay sane, Ang🌺

Yes, water weight or period bloat are the two most likely choices. Night versus morning can be a few pound difference. Period can add several pounds. Other water weight can do it, too.

Glad it was a temporary phenomenon. Oh Happy Day!

If you gain 10 lbs. overnight it can't be fat, it has to be water or something likewise temporary. (I won't get graphic.)

Anyway congrats on losing it, whatever the false alarm "it" was.

    You go Ang!
