HI all
I thought I would start a blog about about my weight lose journey that i am going to be doing on sp on. Will take pic of my self each month to see changes in my self. I do think one should take pictures of them self to see how they look when they are losing weight . Just a little T & A I am not that good with grammar so my writing style might be a little different =). I know my . Are not in the right places so please don't be mean and say hateful things about my writing style. Also I might have , in the wrong places too. But I hope you all can understand what i am trying to say in my blogs.

    @CANDID04 A blog is really good ideal, when I had my first blog it help me to lose weight and be able to track what I was eating . I guess it is more like journaling what you ate I will start doing that also taking my note book and writing down what I ate
