New week

The struggle is real. I have cut back on the things I eat. I have ate half a sandwich and not the whole. I really need to focus on getting the good food in me. I'm not a big dessert eater. So that isn't the problem. I need to get to gym 3 days a week. That will be my big accomplishment. Let's see what I can do. Fitbit charger and ready to rock it out.
