February Week 2..

Last week went alright..not stellar but alright. This week I want to continue with my pedometer, which comes easily during the work week, tough on the weekends. I also want to really, really pay attention to water and fruits and veggies. Last week I averaged 3 of each so this week I want to hit 4. It's not that I don't like to drink water or that I don't like fruits and veggies, because I do. It's a matter of planning and making my lunch the night before (I have them on hand, it's just quicker in the morning to grab a can of soup!) and setting times in my day to stop and drink some water.
This week I also want to pay closer attention to my portions. I know this is one of my biggest downfalls. If I cut back on meat and carbs, I will eat more veggies to fill up.
