Everyone keeps saying Its super Bowl diet you u know just how many other events follow super bowl..ALOT! If I cheat everytime someones having an event I will never meet my goal weight.Strength

    I ate alot and did track food from 2pm to 5pm.I didnt eat anything after 5pm.I was extremely FULL and feeling guilty so I took a bike ride with my little cousin we rode 3 miles and I walked for an hour on the tread mill.My stomach felt Much better.

    We spent the whole weekend away from home. I did well for breakfasts and lunch, dinners were my downfall. But I knew that going in to the weekend, and I had decided I wasn't going to sweat it. I did track my calories as best as I could, and managed about 2000 a day, which is about a maintaining calorie count. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow. I am planning some detox smoothies for this week though, and going to stay on the light side of my calorie range. If I had been home, I would have stayed in my range, no more cheat days for me for a while though....

    Agreed! Yesterday I went to my daughters baby shower with lots of goodies but I just picked a tiny bit of the few healthier choices and no dessert. I had fun but I just have to learn to deal with all the food and celebrations. I want to be healthy more than I want the cupcake!

    I have the same problem. I have learned I don't have to suffer just take very small portions of my favorite things and I can stay on track.
