Starting the day off right

I just got back from a run/walk. It was tough, but I stuck with it. I just did a set of arm exercises as well, I am doing more here in a bit kinda got side tracked with the kids.

My plan for this summer is to get up at 7 and exercise 7-8
8-9 eat and shower
9-1 I will be working onn my school stuff (3 days a week)
after that will be whatever I need to do.

That is my plan it is very doable. I could actually get my school stuff done this summer if I stick with this plan. I only have one chapter left in my current book and then its just couse 5 and I'm done.

I need to finish some arm work and do some ab stuff.
