Week #5 Back To Work & School, 2 lbs down

February 1st was the start of new beginnings for me. I started a new job and the work for Semester 2 started. It was a tough week!!! I had assignments up to my hairline and I got no more than 4 hours sleep at nights.

i did not meal prep last weekend, so I had to buy lunch. I made decent choices except for roti 2 days in a row and bread for breakfast everyday!!! Talk about bloated.!!! emoticon

The good news is that I managed to workout everyday!!!! I drank a ton of water. I completed ALL my assignments. I Spent lots of time with my son and hubby and ......
I lost TWO (2) pounds this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!

So that means that I am 20 lbs down in Total for the year...The goal is 60 pounds in 2016!!!
