Forgot to blog thurs and fri. Here's my fri off to work photo... What's special about this? I was up at 4 am to make time for walking on the tredmill and the new addition of yoga! Our office held a "go red for women heart health awareness" meeting this week. They talked about stress as a major indicator of heart trouble and I just knew that I had to do something about my stress levels. This weeks wake up early schedule and walking have done amazing good for my mood actually. I've totally felt more present but the yoga made me so sore I haven't worked out today. I feel tired. I guess one day of sleeping in wouldn't hurt. That will never happen. Kids. Sigh. Anyway I just don't have the same schedule to keep me on track on the weekends and I think it's harder to keep it all together. But I like this photo because it reminds me that some mornings I can feel together and get myself put together, I just need to keep it up!
