No loss this week......

I've track my food and stayed in my calorie limit for 7 days today and I've also been making better food choices but haven't had a loss after weighing in this morning. I am a little bummed, and yes I do realize it's only been a few days .
Good news is I'm not giving up ,although I haven't had a loss I do feel better,I have more energy now and I have an overall feeling of accomplishment that I tracked my food for an entire week and I ate more fruits and veggies than I have in years!

    Maybe waiting a week would be better for weigh ins. Same day each week. It will happen, you'll lose if you stay within your caloric limit. I'm not one of those lucky people who ever lost a ton of weight my first week either. Remember, slow and steady, and eating better food choices is so much better for your body even if your loses aren't big, you're still ahead of the game! Good luck!

    Sometimes it takes a little time. Plus if you are exercising its possible you are just building muscle but losing fat. Has happened to me then bam! I'll drop like 5 lbs in a day.
