No loss this week......

I've track my food and stayed in my calorie limit for 7 days today and I've also been making better food choices but haven't had a loss after weighing in this morning. I am a little bummed, and yes I do realize it's only been a few days .
Good news is I'm not giving up ,although I haven't had a loss I do feel better,I have more energy now and I have an overall feeling of accomplishment that I tracked my food for an entire week and I ate more fruits and veggies than I have in years!
