Feeling Like Myself

Ahhhh, there I am!
I woke up this morning, feeling extra optimistic and good about myself. As I drove in to work, I realize I am starting to feel like myself, my REAL self!
It has only been a couple of weeks, but I have pretty much kicked the sugar and starch habits. I have been drinking mostly water and exercising every day.
I have only lost a few pounds, still have lots of clothes I can't fit into, and almost 25 pounds to go....
BUT - today I feel pretty, healthy, and strong again!!
I am no longer tempted by chocolate, ice cream, or cookies. I am actually staying focused on exercise and being active as much as I can.
Gosh, it feels SOOOO good to feel like me again. I had forgotten how empowering making healthy choices feels!
