Baby steps

Im loving this app. Im learning I have not been eating enough protein in my daily life. Im also learning I wasnt eating enough calories but was dead on in fat. Logging this has really helped me. Im focusing a lot more in fruits & veggies too. I use to only eat one or two a day. Im now eating at least 3 or 4 a day. Down in weight. Yay.

    Thanks! So all this time I thought I needed sugar free or low cal...I really needed Low fat items. Good to know. :)

    I just learned the same thing...didn't have much in calories but my fat intake was awful. I'm so glad I'm back with SP because it really allows me to be more accountable!
