Im loving this app. Im learning I have not been eating enough protein in my daily life. Im also learning I wasnt eating enough calories but was dead on in fat. Logging this has really helped me. Im focusing a lot more in fruits & veggies too. I use to only eat one or two a day. Im now eating at least 3 or 4 a day. Down in weight. Yay.
