better night last night

I slept better last night. In addition to the possible sleep apnea, I also have a horrific cold and my nose is all stuffed up. So I made sure I was properly medicated for bed. I also told my husband that if I woke him up, to tell me to get up and take more decongestants.

But, I am still sleepy today. I brought my baby carrots and gum to work. We have a lunch meeting, so I'll have to be careful what I eat there. Will focus on salad and veggies first. The main challenge for me will be that they have delicious dinner rolls. I could eat 6 easily, and take some back to my desk if I let myself. I will have one, and I will enjoy it.

Other plan is that I need to work on cooking more again. I've been doing a little, but I need to do more. I also have my pedometer with me, so will be watching those steps today.

I know I can do this, I just have to keep up the healthy behaviors until they become more of a habit than a change.
