I have been a member of Sparkpeople for about 8 years!! I lost all of my weight, and kept it off for almost 4 years. Then I got pregnant, after almost 2 years of trying, and ate absolutely anything and everything I could. I was soooo happy......and I also gained almost 80 pounds. Now, my daughter will be 1 in 16 days, and I still have about 30 pounds to lose.
So, here I am back to tracking my food and exercise.
One advantage I have is, my husband and I own a Taekwondo school, so I can easily workout whenever my daughter allows it (lol). I am back to taking class 3 nights per week, and I also do a 30 minute exercise video during the day, about 4 or 5 days a week.
This is my first blog, but since I have been a member for so long and have never done a blog before, I thought, "why not?" emoticon
