I've been doing much better at meditating lately.. I'm using the calm.com app and it really is making me feel better and less stressed. I still need to work on my consistency and am going to try to do the 21 Days of Calm in 21 days!!

I would also like to make the goal of walking at least 10 min/day for the month of February. Even if it is just a short walk after work it will get me used to the discipline of daily exercise again. January didn't go all that well and it's clear why - too much giving in to eating tempting foods and not enough moving!

Hopeful for success in February and getting back to healthy habits! emoticon
