February 2016 goals

January 2016 was more or less a month of finishing up Physical Therapy for the car accident & re-establishing my goals for a healthier me. I started up doing really well dropping my weight in the 1st half of the month from 183.9 to 179.0 But then I lost my way I guess as the weight has crept back up to 182.9 for the end of the month. But at least I'm 1# less overall. emoticon


My goals for February are:

*Continue my daily water intake of 10 cups daily
*Focus on 5-6 servings of FREGGIES daily
*Strive for 8 hours of sleep each night
*Monitoring my BS more closely, checking 2-3 times daily
*Adding walks in my day, will start with short 10 minute sessions & build up from there
*Continue my PT which includes a workout on the recumbent bike & knee strengthening exercises
*Lose from 182.9 to 180

Time to get on track in 2016.
